At Anne Roberts we empower our staff to be the best they can be. We are a member of the Hugh Baird College Employer Forum and have worked with the college to develop our staff. Five of our previous staff now teach beauty within the education sector. 75% of our staff came to work at the salon as apprentices; two have worked at the salon for over 20 years and five for over 10 years.
