Cancellations
Please note 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations. If the required cancellation term is not adhered to, you may be expected to pay up to 50% of the total cost of the treatment/s you have booked.
Punctuality
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals may result in the reduction of treatment time. Should you arrive late we will endeavor to carry out what we can within the time slot allocated. Time allowed for treatments includes room preparation and consultation with client.
Mobile Telephones & Personal Belongings
We aim to provide a haven of peace for you and for all of our clients, therefore, mobile telephones should be switched off for the duration of your treatment (except in exceptional circumstances). Mobile telephones may be at risk when near electronic equipment and liquids associated with treatments. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused to mobile telephones or any personal property during the time you are on the Salon premises.
Consultation
We are aware that some clients may need advice as to which treatment best suits their specific requirements. We are happy to offer you up-to-date information and advice with a complimentary consultation in the strictest confidence.
Furthermore, it is a legal and industry requirement that your therapist conducts a consultation with you and notes your contact details. If you are not willing to participate in this process it may not be possible for the therapist to continue with your treatment. The consultation will remain in the strictest confidence, however, it is imperative that the therapist is aware of any medical information and contra-indications which may prevent or restrict treatment. This is for the safety and health of the therapist, the client and others within the Salon.
Treatment Advice
There may be contra-indications which may prevent or restrict treatments, if you require further information or advice, please contact your therapist prior to your appointment.
Patch tests are mandatory for all clients having laser treatment, vascular treatment, HIFU, hair colour, brow or lash tints, Jinny lash, Russian Lashes, Fastlash, Express lashes, Weekend lashes, Strip lashes and eyelash perming (24/48 hours before first treatment to check for sensitivity).
Hygiene
Salon hygiene is, of course, of the utmost importance. To achieve our high standard our equipment is prepared, cleaned, disinfected and (where appropriate) disposed of in order to minimise any risk of cross infection between clients.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can either be bought for a specific amount of money or for specific treatments. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be used on all beauty treatments or products at Anne Roberts Hair & Beauty and Anne Roberts Aesthetics, unless specified. Gift vouchers MUST be presented upon redemption. If they are lost or forgotten the Salon is unable to replace or honour them. Gift vouchers do not have any cash value.
Payment
Deposits may be required for some treatments. Courses are not transferable, and are valid for 6 months only. Most major credit and debit cards are accepted, alongside cash. We no longer accept cheques as payment.
Special Offers
Offers cannot be taken in conjunction with other offers, promotions or discounts and are subject to availability; only one special offer can be redeemed at a single appointment. Special offers listed on the website, on documentation, on Anne Roberts Hair & Beauty Gold Facebook page or on Anne Roberts Hair & Beauty Twitter are subject to our Terms and Conditions.Recommend a friend discount does not apply to offers but only on full price treatments.
For Recommend a friend the person you recommend must not be a current client.
The 3D Lipomed & Skinmed treatments, Holiday Madness, Express Treatments, laser offers, vascular offers. laser skin rejuvenation offers and The Oxton Brow are special offers and are not subject to further discounts.
Loyalty Card Schemes
Any loyalty cards issued to the client by Anne Roberts Hair & Beauty and Anne Roberts Aesthetics, either treatment or product based, are the responsibility of the client. If they are lost or forgotten the Salon is unable to replace or honour them. Loyalty cards have no cash value.
Privacy
Any information submitted by you (including, but not limited to; your name, email address and postal address) will be used for one or more of the following purposes:
Alerting you to product upgrades, special offers or updated information.
Anne Roberts Oxton Limited will use your personal data for the purpose of administration, statistical analysis, assessment and analysis, marketing, credit scoring, credit checking, security vetting, host mailing, list rental, customer services, customer profiling, analysing your purchasing preferences and improving our services. We may disclose your information to our service providers and agents for these purposes.

Permission to use photographs
Anne Roberts Oxton Limited (the Company) wishes to use the photograph or photographs (Photograph) of recording the stages of treatments and for the purposes set out below. Pursuant to and in consideration of agreement for the treatments, clients will be asked for agreement in writing.
Specified Purposes:
To grant Anne Roberts Oxton Ltd permission to use the photographs for the purposes of monitoring and recording the progress of treatments.
To grant permission to Anne Roberts Oxton Ltd to use the Photograph in anonymised form in all and any media, including in the Company’s printed publications, presentations, promotional materials, in the advertising of the Company’s goods or services or on the Company’s website.
To the Company storing copies of the Photographs for the Specified Purposes or to it storing client contact details on its database in case it needs to contact a client.
This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
Your Consent
In completing your details on this web site, or in the salon, you are deemed to consent to the collection and use of your information by Anne Roberts Hair & Beauty and Anne Roberts Aesthetics as set out in this Privacy Policy. CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENTS BY TEXT MESSAGE
We offer a text reminder service to confirm all your forthcoming appointments with us, they will usually be sent 48 hours before your appointment .
You will automatically be added into our texting system but should you wish to OPT OUT please let our reception know.
Parking
Please note parking restrictions apply outside the salon.
We reserve the right to end our offers or to amend our Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Anne Roberts Oxton Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Anne Roberts Gift Vouchers are available for any amount and for any of our treatments, gifts or Clarins products. They can be purchased at reception or over the phone/mail order as long as you have a valid UK credit or debit card. Purchasers from overseas (without a registered, UK address, credit card) can pay via PayPal.
Vouchers are are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, are non-refundable, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Damaged vouchers can only be redeemed if the serial number is clearly visible.
The voucher must be presented at the time of paying for a service or product and cannot be redeemed in whole or part in cash nor may it be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please hand in your voucher when checking in at reception for a treatment or when purchasing gifts or products.
Please note that:
- Anne Roberts Gift Vouchers cannot be purchased for treatments or services offered by any of our partners.
- We require 24 hours’ notice of cancellation of appointment; if a formal cancellation is not received, the voucher will become invalid for further use.
TERMS OF USE OF ANNE ROBERTS OXTON GIFT VOUCHERS
Anne Roberts Oxton reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our Anne Roberts gift vouchers at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your Anne Roberts Oxton Gift Voucher constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. Anne Roberts Oxton Gift Vouchers remain the property of Anne Roberts who maintains the right to cancel the voucher in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so. The gift voucher balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another voucher.
Validity
Your Anne Roberts Gift Voucher is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, after which any remaining balance will be null & void and the voucher will become invalid and no longer available for use.
Lost/ Stolen/ Damaged
In cases where your Anne Roberts Gift Voucher is lost or stolen, Anne Roberts Oxton is unable to replace or reimburse the balance orremaining balance on a card. Anne Roberts Oxton cannot be held responsible for any balance lost on an Anne Roberts Gift Voucher as a result of theft or fraud.
Product return of product purchased using an Anne Roberts Gift Voucher
Should you return product(s) purchased using an Anne Roberts Gift Voucher for an exchange of a lesser value, any refund amount due will be credited to the original method of payment. A new Gift Voucher will be issued to you with the refund amount applied. If a partial refund is made for any purchase using an Anne Roberts Gift Voucher and another method of payment, then any refund amount owing will be credited to the Anne Roberts Gift Voucher in the first instance.
Governing Law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
