There are three ways to purchase a gift voucher from Anne Roberts:
1. Select e-voucher purchase on line and follow the steps to have the *voucher sent directly to your inbox or directly to your chosen recipients inbox.
2. Pop in during opening hours to purchase in person.
3. Call us on 0151 653 7979 to order & pay over the phone. We send out the voucher in a gift wallet within 24 hours, by Royal Mail. P & P charges will be added.
*Please ensure that you bring your redeemable gift voucher to the salon to present on arrival. Non presentation of voucher will necessitate a charge being made until the voucher is presented.
- A refund cannot be made against a gift voucher. However, we will be pleased to hold the balance of the value of the voucher for future use.
- eVouchers should be printed out and presented when purchasing beauty services or products at the salon.
- Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
- All voucher purchases are non-refundable.
