Hi, my name is Mandy and I have been part of the Anne Roberts team for over 26 years and still get great pleasure from performing treatments as a therapist (especially massage) and also running our extremely busy reception desk, looking after clients old & new.
I run weekly training sessions with staff to ensure we keep our treatments and service to a high level and to develop our younger staff members self-confidence and enhance their personal effectiveness.
My favourite Clarins product has to be Double Serum, my absolute desert island product -cannot do without this!My favourite non Clarins product is Pixi Glow Tonic – a must have for brightening skin and giving a healthy glow.
