Hi, my name is Jess, I joined Anne Roberts in 2018 as my first full time job in beauty therapy when I fully qualified in NVQ level 3. Since joining I have already learnt lots of new things and continue to do so with many years to come! I love making clients feel very relaxed and delivering high standard customer service day to day.
